Scripture

“Do not fear, for I am with you, do not be afraid, for I am your God.”
— Isaiah 41:10 (NRSV)

Reflection

Fear often speaks with urgency. It tells you that you must protect yourself, and you must anticipate every danger. It says you are alone in what you face.

Yet God speaks with calm assurance. “I am with you.” His presence does not always remove uncertainty, but it removes isolation. You are not facing your life alone. Fear loses its power when it is met with trust.

Even now, God is beside you.

Reflection Question

What fear has been quietly shaping your thoughts, and can you allow yourself to trust God’s presence within it?
