Scripture
“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength.”
— Isaiah 40:31 (NRSV)
Reflection
Waiting can feel like inactivity. Yet in God’s economy, waiting is often where renewal begins. When you wait on God, you are not simply pausing your life. You are allowing space for His timing to unfold. You are learning patience, humility, and trust in ways that hurried action cannot teach.
The world often rewards urgency. But God often works through patience.
What feels like delay may actually be preparation.
Reflection Question
Where in your life are you being asked to wait, and what might God be forming within you during that time?
