Scripture

“Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
— Matthew 11:29 (NRSV)

Reflection

True strength is often quieter than we imagine. The world celebrates force and determination, but Jesus reveals a different kind of strength, one rooted in gentleness and humility. Gentleness does not mean weakness. It means living with a calm confidence that comes from trusting God rather than striving to prove yourself.

When you walk with Christ, you begin to discover that rest and strength can exist together.

In that rest, your soul finds peace.

Reflection Question

Where might gentleness bring greater peace into your life right now?
